Stalker Seeks Restraining Order Against Drake
An alleged stalker of Drake is seeking to obtain a restraining order against him.
Per reports, Mesha Collins filed for a petition of protection at the Los Angeles Superior Court last Friday, 18 February, against Drake, whose residence she broke into back in April 2017.
The petition came two days after Collins’ attempt to revive her recent $4 billion lawsuit against the 35-year-old “TSU” rapper – in which she claimed he defamed her after invading her privacy by sharing private information on Instagram – was dismissed by a judge.
Collins has a long history of run-ins with Drake: after being arrested for her initial break-in, she was arrested three separate times for repeatedly trespassing on Drake’s property, as well as at least six other times for assaulting his fans.
Although the rapper has refused to press any charges against Collins on the grounds that she may be struggling from mental health-related issues, no doubt he and his legal team won’t be impressed with her odd attempt to get a restraining order.
A hearing is scheduled to take place some time in March.
